Ya’ll know I don’t want to rush summertime. But let me just tell ya’ll… Our 2023 wedding calendar is straight FIRE. I mean it ya’ll. We have so many amazing couples on our line-up. We’ll be starting 2023 in January with Perri and Adam’s Washington wedding. So it was only fitting that we did their engagement session in Washington as well. After postponing once on a chilly, rainy May afternoon, we won the weather jackpot the second time around.

Ya’ll, by this point you know I’m behind on blogging. But now I have a confession… I’ve lost almost all sense of the order I should be blogging in and who is next in the que. So tonight, I’m sharing with the world Caitlin and Noah’s engagement session. We shot Caitlin’s bridal session on Sunday, and man, oh man I wish we didn’t have to wait until September to share those images. In the meantime, I’m thrilled to share some of our favorites from her engagement session.

You guys are getting a mid-day Friday post because we are on our way to a wedding in Camden, NC today. And even though it’s Friday, we’re going to throw it back for a second day in a row to one of our favorite April 2022 weddings when we celebrated Rachael and Raj at the Washington Civic Center. It was an amazing two day celebration of their love. Rachael and Raj were a relatively late addition to our 2022 calendar, but they were such a pleasant surprise.

Hi friends! I’m blogging on the road tonight as we make our way home from a bridal session in the Clayton area. I’ve kept our blog up to date with our wedding photos over the past few months, but I’m wildly behind on blogging our wedding videos. So in honor of Throwback Thursday, I’m throwing it way back to our one and only March 2022 wedding, which was actually a one year wedding anniversary.

This evening, I’m excited to share with you guys Keagan and Dakota’s engagement session. We are so excited to have them on our spring 2023 wedding calendar. We first met Keagan a few years ago at her cousin’s wedding and enjoyed getting to know her and Dakota a bit better during their session. Let me just tell ya’ll… their wedding is going to be a highlight of our 2023.

Ya’ll, our June 2022 wedding season is a wrap! We celebrated SEVEN couples this month. I’m being 100% honest when I tell you that each and every couple over the last month has been amazing. Yesterday, we captured Kathryn and Trenton’s wedding at a new-to-us property in Goldsboro, The Cornealius Properties. Everything about this venue is incredible and well-done, but Birdsong Chapel, the open-air sanctuary in the woods is by far the highlight of the entire property.

Happy Thursday, friends. Can you believe it is already June 23rd? Summer always seems to do this to me. One minute we feel like we are in the thick of our April and May weddings, we blink, and then our June weddings are almost over. We have one more June wedding this coming up Saturday, but we’re still spinning from the first six of June.
