About Us

Our Story

We’re Will and Diana, a husband and wife photo and video team based in Farmville, NC who believe the best work, and the best wedding days, are built on intention, trust, and genuine connection.

Outside of weddings, our life is shaped by volunteering several days a week at our local animal shelter, traveling in our Sprinter van, and coming home to our cats, Stevie and Gypsy, who very clearly run the household. We chose a life that prioritizes presence over pressure, experiences over expectations, and showing up fully for what matters. That way of living carries directly into how we work with our couples.

We care deeply about connection. We want to understand who you are, how you move through the world together, and what matters most to you beyond timelines, traditions, and surface-level details. Taking the time to truly know our couples allows us to show up calmly, read the room, and document the day as it actually feels, not just how it looks.

Our approach to photo and video is steady, thoughtful, and grounded. We value trust, consistency, and creating space for real moments to unfold. Whether we’re quietly observing or gently guiding, our goal is always the same, to deliver work that feels honest, meaningful, and true to the people at the center of it.

Meet Diana

Diana is the heart-forward half of the team and the one most likely to be rewatching the same favorite shows and movies for the comfort of it all. She loves Gilmore Girls, Dolly Parton, Grease, Dirty Dancing, and Matchbox Twenty, and fully believes there’s something grounding about stories and songs that feel familiar.

She handles all of the photo editing and runs the team’s social media, which she approaches in phases. Some days she’s genuinely excited to share recent work and moments from life, and other days it feels like there’s almost too much to say. She appreciates the balance between creativity and stepping back when things start to feel noisy.

When she’s not working, she’s happiest spending a slow day in pajamas, cross stitching, or settling in for a board game. On wedding days, Diana loves capturing the details that tell the fuller story and quietly managing the timeline so everything runs smoothly. By creating breathing room in the schedule, she allows space for authentic moments to unfold naturally.

Meet Will

Will is the grounded, hands-on force behind much of what keeps things running smoothly. He does all of the video editing, designed the website you’re on now, and takes full responsibility for 100 percent of the driving on road trips. He also has a pretty solid record collection and a deep appreciation for good music, from Tyler Childers and Sturgill Simpson to The National and Waxahatchee.

When he’s not editing or behind the wheel, you’ll likely find him cooking up a delicious dinner or piddling in the garage, always with some home project in progress. He loves creating things that work well, feel intentional, and stand the test of time.

On wedding days, Will is the one checking and double-checking that every piece of gear is set up and ready to run perfectly. Once everything is dialed in, he’s often the one suggesting a creative idea or new approach, always with an eye toward telling the story in a way that feels authentic. Calm and attentive, he lets moments breathe while making sure nothing important is missed.

Stevie & Gypsy: Our Furry Directors of Chaos & Comfort

s

Stevie and Gypsy are the unofficial bosses of our home. Stevie is a petite tuxedo with endless personality. She walks well on leash and balances cuddly moments with playful energy. Gypsy is a robust calico who’s a little more reserved, but when she shows affection, it’s pure and unmistakably genuine. Together, they make sure our lives are never dull and always full of love.

When we’re not working or relaxing at home, there’s a pretty good chance you’ll find us hanging out at Pitt County Animal Services in Greenville. Back in 2022, we stumbled across a news article offering the chance to “borrow” a dog for the afternoon, and we were immediately hooked. What started as a one-time outing quickly turned into something much bigger.

These days, we’re proud, regular volunteers at the shelter; walking energetic pups, snuggling shy (and not-so-shy) cats, and photographing and sharing each animal’s story. Our favorite part is helping these sweet personalities shine, all in the hope of connecting them with the loving families they deserve to call home.

We are big advocates for rescues and adoptions over shopping for pets, so please consider your local shelter when thinking about expanding your family. Or specifically, check out this Facebook group featuring some of the pets available for adoption at Pitt County Animal Services:

Last but not least: Jeff!

Our 2017 Sprinter Van that has been converted into a camper!

We have always loved to travel. But a hiatus with international travels during the pandemic followed by Diana getting blood clots in her lungs in 2022 (thanks Covid!) and subsequent anxiety about getting sick again in a foreign country, we got creative with our travel adventures! Insert Jeff.

We’ve had a lot of fun adventures with Jeff, but the highlight was us taking off summer 2024 and traveling cross country (and the Canadian Rockies). We visited 22 different states, 32 national parks, and countless other off the beaten path spots.

We’re so grateful for the opportunity to see so many places right here in the US that we otherwise would not have been able to explore.

We can’t wait to see where Jeff takes us next!
