Keagan + Dakota - Engagement Session on the Farm - Williamston NC Photographer

Alright friends, let me tell ya’ll how we are soaking up every sweet moment of summertime. Will and I had the weekend off, so we decided to make the most of the time off. Last week we spent time in the Ithaca, NY area hiking and camping. I literally can’t count all of the waterfalls we saw. Will counted up and we hiked over 35 miles during our time there. We ate so much delicious ice cream and campfire hot dogs. Ya’ll, it was just what we needed. We kept the summertime celebration going with a day paddle boarding in Washington where we saw a pod of dolphins. We’ve also enjoyed two different firework shows and two trips to the pool over the last few days. It has been exactly what my summer-loving heart needed.

After time away like that, I always find myself more motivated than usual to get caught up on my to-do list. So that means you guys are going to be overwhelmed with blog posts in the next week or so. Full disclosure… I have no idea what order I should be posting in, so if you’re waiting to see your own photos blogged, don’t worry. They are coming!

This evening, I’m excited to share with you guys Keagan and Dakota’s engagement session. We are so excited to have them on our spring 2023 wedding calendar. We first met Keagan a few years ago at her cousin’s wedding and enjoyed getting to know her and Dakota a bit better during their session. Let me just tell ya’ll… their wedding is going to be a highlight of our 2023. They are such a fun couple, with lots of energy and are also super photogenic.
