Happy New Year friends! Can you believe it? 2020!?!?! I feel like it was just yesterday that I was watching Carson Daly and Christina Aguilera ring in the new year on a TRL special where all the talk was centered around Y2K.

By this point you guys have probably enjoyed some of our favorite shots from Prianka and Matt’s fast-paced, super fun, swoonworthy wedding day. Ya’ll, they are SUCH an adorable couple. I’m excited that that it’s Thursday which means we have scheduled a throwback on the calendar!

We definitely sent our 2019 wedding season out with a bang. Saturday, we celebrated with Anne Marie and Tim as they tied the knot in Raleigh at the Holy Name of Jesus Cathedral. Walking into the cathedral definitely gave me the chills.

Wedding days always happen in such a whirlwind, but I’ll always remember Francesca and Mike’s first look - when Mike turned around to see his bride (who was absolutely gorgeous), he couldn’t help but enthusiastically exclaim “Francesca!”

We loved everything about Taylor and Grace’s big day. Okay, okay - let me be honest here. If we were in control of the weather we would have made it about 10 degrees warmer, the wind would have gone away, and we wouldn’t have spent all week leading up to the wedding wondering if it would rain or not.

I almost titled this post as a “throwback” but then I realized Mary Catherine and AJ’s wedding was less than two months ago. And to be honest, I have blogging I need to do that goes back way further than that. We’ve shot nine weddings since we celebrated Mary Catherine and AJ so editing their video feels like ages ago.

Let me go ahead and make a confession. For the next several months, all of our Throwback Thursdays will likely point back to warmer days. I’m a summer girl through and through.

Slowly, but surely I am catching up on our blogging as we head into the holiday season full-force. Tonight’s blog post is from the last weekend of October as we celebrated Kelsey and Matt at 400 Saint Andrews. This venue is such a hidden gem for Greenville, NC.
