Will and I had the best time celebrating Hadley and Wyatt on Saturday. Though the rain was less than ideal, these two and their families made the absolute best of the situation. They rolled with my suggested timeline on the fly, rearranging some of the pre-ceremony events to move their first look up. This allowed them about 20 minutes of photos before the rain set in. And man, am I in love with how their portraits still showed their absolute adoration for each other.

Faith and Andrew's Yankee Hall wedding last Saturday was such a beautiful day with clear, sunny skies for their outdoor ceremony.

Faith was an incredibly organized, laid-back bride with an amazing vision for the day. In many ways, the day could have been described as elegant and traditional, but Faith and Andrew added personal touches of modern beauty as well. The flowers, in particular, were absolutely stunning for the vibe of Yankee Hall's outdoor and indoor spaces perfectly.

Looking a little closer at my “to blog” list and suddenly I have the motivation for two posts on this beautiful Saturday morning. Next up is Danielle and Zach’s wedding day film. They had the most gorgeous day of spring so far for their wedding. The sun was shining, the cherry trees were in bloom, and their love for each other only added to the beauty of the world around them. We’ve got a later than typical start to our wedding today and it’s local, so I’ve had a bit of time to get some work done this morning which has been nice. I took a look at my list of weddings “to blog” and it’s a bit overwhelming, but it’s also exciting to go back and share with you all some of our favorite wedding moments. This morning I decided to start with Tiffany + Bryce’s wedding film. These two basically were hit with an early-spring tropical system.

Will and I recently had the pleasure of photographing the most beautiful wedding at Merrell Estates in Indian Beach, NC. Kelsey and Thomas's special day was nothing short of magical. The private first look and vows between the two of them were definitely the highlight of the day. It was so heartwarming to witness their love and commitment to each other in such an intimate setting.

Anna and Ted recently celebrated their love at the Powerhouse at Rocky Mount Mills. Their intimate ceremony was held in the morning, followed by a coffee hour and a delicious Ethiopian meal.

Lynzee and Nich's wedding last Saturday in Colerain, NC was a beautiful event held on Nich's family farm. The property was vast and stunning, providing a picturesque backdrop for their special day. Lynzee and her girls got ready at Nich's family river house, which was cozy and beautiful as well.
