Will and I had a very productive day resting up after shooting three different weddings over the weekend. Tonight, I’m excited to share with you all the first round of previews. On Thursday we celebrated with Jordan and Aaron at Tripp Farms, a lovely local venue. There’s no doubt about it… Jordan and Aaron are madly in love and it shows in the way they smiled at each other throughout the day.

Let’s talk about Saturday, friends. It’s a wedding day that I simply cannot believe has come and gone. I knew it was going to be a highlight of our 2023, but guys… Even with the storms that rolled through, Gauri and Stephen’s wedding day exceeded our expectations. Which is saying a lot because the bar was set high.

Friends, let’s talk about Keagan and Dakota’s wedding for just a second. Perfection. There’s no other way to describe it. Just absolute perfection. From the beautiful weather (hello sunshine!), to the beautiful backdrop that RCC gives for the ceremony and reception, to the lively, full of life bridesmaids and groomsmen… It was just such an amazing day! I can’t believe that it has come and gone already. Keagan and Dakota are sailing away on a cruise, basking in the excitement of being newlyweds.

Our sweet Keagan is now Mrs. Dakota Roberson, and we are so excited to share her bridal session! Keagan is a breath of fresh air in this chaotic, busy world. She’s kind. She’s thoughtful. She’s funny. She’s gorgeous. She keeps you on your toes. Most importantly, she makes me and Will feel young! To put it simply, to know Keagan is to love her. We enjoyed her bridal session last fall around Washington, and we know you’ll love scrolling through our favorite shots too!

Mrs. Mauldin is off enjoying her honeymoon in tropical paradise, so tonight I’m giving the rest of you something beautiful to look at - her bridal portraits. Kayla (and Annie) were amazing to work with during her rainy day bridal session. It was our first time at her gorgeous wedding venue, A Touch of Country. Honestly the rain was the perfect opportunity to use more of their indoor space than we would have otherwise. Enjoy!

Will and I hands down have been blessed with the best clients in the entire world. We sincerely love our job and the people we get to meet while capturing such important moments. Will and I are thrilled that Meghan and Jalen are on our September wedding calendar. We had so much fun getting to know them earlier this month as we checked out some of our favorite places around Washington during their engagement session. We hope you enjoy!

Friends, this evening I’m thrilled to share with you all a preview from Kayla and Aaron’s wedding on Saturday. Though there was an unexpected period of rain and an uninvited ceremony guest (a little corn snake), I’ll still alway think back on their big day as perfection. A Touch of Country is a new-to-us venue and it met all of our expectations and then some. It’s such a gem of a venue. Kayla and Aaron were so thorough with their wedding planning and the day was so smooth.

Ya’ll don’t get used to me blogging wedding films so close to the time that they were shot. I’ve been on a roll, but I’m sure it won’t last. Tonight I’m thrilled to share with you all Lauren and Brandon’s wedding day film. We had such an amazing day celebrating these two. Enjoy!
