Tonight I’m working on a bit of blogging. Next in the queue is Heather and Adam’s engagement session. The timing is fitting since we are almost at the one year countdown until their big day! They are getting married at a beautiful cabin on the river in Colerain and we loved that they chose the location for their engagement portraits as well.

Sweet summertime… Oh how I love thee! Tonight I’m so excited to share with the world one of my favorite summertime wedding films. I could go on and on about why I love this film, but at the end of the day, it’s Sam and Kennedy’s love for one another that makes it so special!

This year we only had one July wedding so we were thrilled when Lauren and Tyler’s big day turned out to be be one of the most epic wedding days of our 2021 season. They chose one of our favorite venues, Rose Hill and they celebrated BIG TIME.

Friends, it may be fall wedding season, but in my mind I’m still enjoying summertime! So tonight, I’m throwing it back to Megan and Justin’s June wedding day film. Megan and Justin chose to get married at one of our favorite eastern North Carolina venues, the Washington Civic Center!

Tonight, I’m throwing it back to an engagement session we shot in August. We met up with Katie and Cory in downtown Edenton, not too far from where they will be saying “I Do” next Memorial Day weekend. Katie and Cory are living in Austin, Texas and we could have talked for hours about the goodness that is their wonderful city.

A global pandemic forced us to wait an extra seven months to celebrate Ashley and Eddie’s big day, but once the wedding finally arrived, they celebrated BIG! Ya’ll, Ashley and Eddie are two of the most personable, enjoyable people we know and we were so excited for their friends and family to come together to show them how much they are loved.

Week after week, Will and I talk about how much we love our jobs. Seriously, we think it’s such an amazing blessing to love our work. But it will never be the views, the grand decor/flowers, or the entertainment that makes us feel so lucky… It’s always the people we are blessed enough to meet.

Saturday was perfect in every way for Hunter and TC, but to be honest I knew it was going to be. She is such a planner, but also knows when to go with the flow. We had a sneak peek into how gorgeous she would be when Will and I shot her bridal session last month
