Our second wedding last weekend was another great one! We first met Carly at a bridal show and instantly felt a connection. We loved getting to know Carly and Zach at their Boone engagement session earlier this year. So we knew we were going to enjoy their wedding day.

Will and I shot not one but two amazing weddings last weekend. And it was the most perfect weekend for both of these couples. We started on Saturday by celebrating with Nikki and Ren in downtown Clayton at Brick and Mortar. It was our first time shooting at this venue, but it was perfect for Nikki and Ren’s vision.

A few weeks ago, on a beautiful October afternoon, Will and I met up with Courtney and Justin on Justin’s family’s farm in Beaufort County for their engagement session. Due to pandemic concerns, we’ve been scheduling phone consultations versus meeting in person when we first book weddings.

Ya’ll, are you guys ready to scroll through some goodness?!?! Amanda and Stephen’s Halloween wedding day was FULL of good moments. Will and I have always loved Halloween and we were THRILLED to shoot our first Halloween wedding this past weekend. And it was EVERYTHING that we wanted it to be! The costumes, the smoke bombs, the spooky decorations, the joyful attitude of the kids in attendance. But even if these awesome aspects had not happened, it absolutely would have still been an amazing day.

Ya’ll, I know it’s Sunday, but we’re going to throw it back two and a half months. How in the world has it already been TWO AND A HALF months since mid-August? 2020 has managed to be both the slowest and quickest year in our little business. But it’s been a good one!

Guys…. I’m so excited to share with the world our second wedding from this past weekend. Callie and Bryce’s wedding day was nothing short of PERFECTION! For years now Will and I have dreamed of moving to the mountains and this year we were blessed enough to book not one, but TWO weddings in the Asheville area.

Ya’ll, Will and I captured not one, but two beautiful wedding days this past weekend. Even in the craziest year yet of being in the wedding industry, we are constantly reminded just how blessed we are to have the BEST job ever. We started the weekend off in downtown Durham where we celebrated with Courtney and Zenik.

Ya’ll, I can’t believe it’s already been two and a half months since Cyla and Cole’s wedding day. Slowly, but surely I am catching up on our blogging as prepare to head into the holiday season. Cyla and Cole’s August wedding truly was one of our favorite weddings of summer 2020.
