Ya’ll, I’m not going to know what day of the week it is until at least the middle of next month. This week we’ve got weddings on Sunday, Thursday, and Saturday. The next weekend, we’ll be celebrating on Saturday and Sunday. What a whirlwind!
We were so excited to start off this busy wedding stretch with Paige and Davis on Sunday down in Wilmington. Will and I made a long weekend of it and rented the sweetest little AirBnB. We spent a few afternoons at the beach, had a lot of great meals, and spent some time relaxing too. With all of that being said, Paige and Davis’s wedding was definitely the highlight of the trip.
For those of you that don’t know their story, Paige and Davis said “I Do” back in July 2020 in a super intimate celebration of their love. Will and I were not only their photographers, but also their witnesses. We loved seeing their story come full circle with a celebration surrounded by family and friends two years later. Paige and Davis have lots of connections to the wedding industry. Davis’s mom creates magic at Thornbury Brides in downtown New Bern. Paige works for one of Wilmington’s best rental companies and word on the street is that Davis often is seen lending a hand. We knew from the first step in planning that Paige and Davis would plan a perfect day.
Paige and Davis, every moment of getting to know you has been amazing. We admire both of you for your generous and loving hearts, free spirits, and fun-loving personalities. You make life brighter for those around you. We hope you’ll enjoy some of our favorite images from your big day!
