When I think back on 2021, I think “it was a good year.” It was a much appreciated year after the chaos that ensued during 2020. Was 2021 what we once hoped it would be? Not exactly. We still found ourselves working in the midst of covid surges and wearing masks. But the wedding “boom” that began in 2021 brought us many magical moments and lots of lovely couples as well.

Kim and Jamie were the perfect couple for us to have in the very midst of our super-busy 2021 fall wedding season. I think it’s impossible to not feel joyful when you are around these two. If there was a theme to the day, it was happiness. Everywhere I turned, everyone was full of joy, laughter, and smiles. It makes our job so much easier when everyone is genuinely happy.
