Laurel and Jackson's wedding day this past weekend at Merrell Estates was truly magical. Tropical storm Ophelia may have moved through last Saturday, but that didn't dampen the joy and beauty of Grayson and Brandon's special day. Calvary Episcopal Church in Tarboro served as the perfect backdrop for Grayson and Brandon's wedding. Its historic significance and architectural beauty created a sense of grandeur that complemented the couple's love and commitment to each other. From the intricate details in the stained glass windows to the elegant arches, every corner of the church exuded a timeless appeal that made every photograph feel truly special

I can't believe I forgot to make a blog post for Emily + Andrew's wedding day. When I say this day was perfection... I mean it with every ounce of my being. Everything... EVERYTHING was perfect. Emily works in the event industry with both a rental company and a wedding coordination company. So we had high expectations for her wedding day, and boy did every little detail simply blow it out of the park.

Meghan and Jalen had the most beautiful wedding ceremony at Southern Acres of Bath last Saturday. Despite some unexpected storms, the day turned out to be absolutely gorgeous.

Last Thursday, Will and I had the pleasure of capturing Morgan and Andrew's wedding at Carlee Farm, an incredible venue down a lovely country path in Oxford, NC. Even though there was an early evening summer thunderstorm that threw a kink into the reception, the day was still as close to perfect as you can get.

August... I have a love hate relationship with the month. It's taken several days for me to recover from the heat we experienced on Saturday while celebrating with Anna and David. But, man... the memories we captured for this crowd! The whole day brought me back to the feeling of being a kid during summertime. You know, the days you never want to end.

2020 transitioned our booking process. Our initial transition to zoom meetings and phone calls was founded in covid precautions, but as weddings took back off, we found ourselves busier and busier, so the new ways stuck.

Maddi and Evan's wedding day at The Cotton Barn this past Saturday was simply beautiful. The warm summertime breeze added an extra touch of magic to the already stunning venue.
