Ya’ll, I’m not going to lie, when Kristina messaged me early in the week with excitement that snow was in the forecast, I told her I was secretly hoping the forecast would change to 70 degrees. I’m a summer girl through and through and I don’t enjoy being cold. But this session may have changed my attitude towards snowy sessions just a bit.

I can’t believe it, but I’m still wildly behind on my blogging. If you know us, we are quick with our editing turn around time, but for some reason I just can’t get my act together with blogging. Oh well. I can keep telling myself that one day I’ll do better.

I always have such high expectations for the first wedding of the year. The excitement of the New Year always rolls over to that first wedding. My motivation is always at its highest at the beginning of the season. We’re the most refreshed after the holiday season. Our first wedding of 2022 DID NOT DISAPPOINT.

Ya’ll, our December 2021 was one for the books! We had not one, not two, but THREE amazing weddings in December. And all 3 of our couples were phenomenal. The last wedding we captured before Christmas was Madison and Caleb’s. And ya’ll… It was perfect!

Friends, I’m back with another wedding film to share with the world. Tonight’s post is all about Krislyn and Andrew’s big day! Two weeks in a row we captured weddings up in Ahoskie. And two weeks in a row, we left saying “those are some of the sweetest people we have ever met.”

Ya’ll, tonight’s wedding film is a good one! I’m throwing it back to Elizabeth and Noah’s Ahoskie wedding day. These two were the official kick-off to our holiday wedding season and we simply could not have asked for a better couple to get us into the Christmas spirit.

Ya’ll, I simply can’t believe this is the last time that I will be posting anything from Carly and Zach’s wedding celebrations. If you’ve followed along with their story, then you know the pandemic threw a curveball at their wedding plans. But that meant we were able to celebrate with Carly and Zach not once, but twice.

Guys, spring is right around the corner. And I. Am. Here. For It. Seriously, I’m not at my best during these long winter months. But something that has given me life is looking back on our fall weddings and knowing that wedding season will be here again soon enough. Tonight’s post is a throwback to mid-November when we shot Hannah and Preston’s wedding video.
