How is all this going to work?!

Wedding Clients

These are undoubtedly the largest galleries that we host, and possibly the most cherished. We always guaranteed our online hosting for a year, but we have never taken a gallery offline. We don’t want to start now. However, each wedding gallery takes a substantial amount of time to move - and we don’t want to spend time on clients who don’t visit their gallery any more because they already have all of their files downloaded.

Did you get married in 2022?

We are currently in the process of moving your galleries to their new home and you will be receiving an e-mail soon - if you haven’t already!

Did you get married prior to 2022?

We wish we could simply move everyone’s gallery, but that task is a bit too tall of an order. Everyone’s original links will continue to work through the end of 2023. However, if you would like to have your gallery moved, it can be done for $20 - we want to offset this cost by giving every moved gallery a coupon for 25% off a print order - just click here to get started. If you don’t request a move, your original gallery will no longer be accessible starting January 1, 2024.

Family Sessions

A lot of you have been with us from the beginning and we can’t begin to thank you enough! We will also be moving family sessions, but since each gallery must be moved individually, these galleries will be by request only. If you had a session in 2022 there will be no charge to move. If you didn’t have a session in the last year, we will have to charge $10 per client - we want to offset this cost by giving every moved gallery a coupon for 25% off a print order - just click here to get started. We have to move each gallery one at a time and would rather not move a gallery that someone has downloaded and not revisited online in years.

Your gallery links that you were originally emailed will still be active until the end of 2023. However, starting January 1, 2024, if you haven’t requested a move, you will no longer have access to your photos online.

FAQs

  • Probably. While we never actively delete anyone’s photos from our drives, we can’t always guarantee we will have a copy of them. We are at the mercy of technology… so we always recommend you download and make a copy yourself - even if you have your photos moved.

  • Moving these photos and building your new galleries is a very time consuming process.

  • Absolutely not! The $5 fee covers all of your sessions. So if you have only had one session with us, or you are a mini-session regular with a dozen galleries, all your photos will make the move.

  • You will just pay for the wedding moving fee. We’ll make sure any of your other sessions will be there too!
